Avoiding the pitfalls of application and app design

I have seen so many failures in application and app design, but this can be avoided. If you are designing a mobile app, many development firms will push you to develop the app first. In most cases, and I mean most, this is wrong. They know the cost will be greater and the maintenance costs will be greater. Remember, virtually every time Apple and Droid updates appear, you have to update your code as well.
